About Me

I’ve always been in motion—sometimes to explore, sometimes to escape.

From a young age, I was chasing something: clarity, connection, aliveness. I didn’t always know what I was looking for, but I could feel when something was missing. I pushed limits—physically, emotionally, spiritually—until my body and soul eventually pushed back.

Change hasn’t always come because I chose it. More often, it came because something inside—or around me—was breaking open. A loss. A reckoning. A truth I could no longer avoid. Those moments, though painful, became portals.

I’ve been a therapist for nearly 20 years, with a background in addictions, chronic pain, and working within military and high-stress environments. I’ve supported veterans, service members, civilians, and high performers—many of whom wore masks of strength while silently carrying the weight of trauma, shame, and identity loss.

.

Alongside that path, I found healing through movement. Sports and long-distance endurance—especially trail running and backpacking—weren’t just physical outlets for me. They were initiation. They taught me how to suffer well, how to stay when it got hard, and how to hear my truth beneath the noise. I believe sport is one of the most human ways we seek growth, connection, and healing.

Now, I’m transforming my work to reflect all the parts of me. I’m blending therapy, mind-body medicine, and deep emotional and energetic work into a transformational coaching practice that meets people at the edge of who they’ve been—and helps guide them into who they’re becoming.

I consider myself a student of life with a never ending curiosity. Some the specialized trainings and modalities that inform my process include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), clinical and conversational hypnosis, hypnotherapy, past life regression, generational healing, Metaphysical Anatomy Technique, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Ego State (Parts Work), Polyvagal-informed healing, and Neuro-Shamanic Repatterning, Comprehensive Resource Model, Mental Performance and Mindset Coaching . It’s a mouthful—but to me, these aren’t just modalities. They’re keys. Doorways into deeper self-awareness, emotional alchemy, and true embodied transformation.

But more than credentials and certifications, I care about connection—real, raw, and meaningful. I care about helping people awaken to themselves, to stop sleepwalking through their lives, and to find the courage to face what they’ve been running from—with the right kind of support. And that support is me.

Because when one person heals, it ripples.

Families change. Legacies shift. We all benefit.

This is the work of a lifetime. And I’m honored to walk it—every day.
